FREE GROUND SHIPPING WITHIN US MAINLAND

All of our patio furniture & garden accessories are shipped via FEDEX ground, and motor freight companies. They do not deliver to PO Boxes address, therefore please provide a complete street/physical address for shipping. We required valid phone number for all orders to schedule delivery times. Missing or incomplete address and/or phone numbers will delay the order process and delivery times.

The shipping services are available durinw weekdays (Monday to Friday) for standard curbside delivery only. Should you required special delivery (expedited, indoor, or white glove delivery) please contact us prior to the shipment of the products for custom delivery quotes.

RETURN POLICY

At Casual Teak, we want each and everyone of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their order. That is why we offer 30 Days money back guarantee. In the unlikely event you desire to exchange or return any portion of your order for any reason, please call us or email us at sales@casualteak.com to arrange for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning the merchandise. We will make arrangement with shipping carrier to pick up merchandise from your location. Please request RMA within 30 days of purchase. We will not accept return merchandise purchased beyond 30 days. Goods must be returned NEW and in original packaging, including boces, pallets (if applicable), hardwares, and packing materials to qualify for the guarantee. Upon receiving the items and verifying the original condition, we will issue you a refund of your purchase price (less the cost of shipping) with no restocking fee.

NOTE: Damaged items (including transit back to us) cannot be refunded and can be shipped back to you at your expense.

If you refuse an item delivered to you by a commercial freight company for any reason other than external visible damaged merchandise, the item shall be treated as return and return shipping cost will be charged to you.

TAX INFORMATION

5.5% Sales Tax will be added for shipment to Virginia (VA).

WARRANTY

Our products are warranted to the original owner for one year from the date of the purchase against defects workmanship and materials. This allows for replacement or repairs of any defective components at no charge withing the first 1(one) year at the company's discretion. Depending on the damage or claim, Casual Teak will resolve the issue by applying one of the followin options:

* Send Replacement part or hardware

* Repair item in our company in Virginia

* Replace with new item if the model is no longer available.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by the effects of normal wear and tear, severe weather occurences, negligence, misuse, vandalism, over oilings, and unauthorized repairs.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A Cancellation fee will be applied to orders placed if the follwoing criterias are not met:

Cancellation arrangement must be made by phone or email with a company's representative. Cancellation must be made the same day the order was placed, during business hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm EST

CANCELLATION FEE SCHEDULE:

* VISA / MASTERCARD - 3% OF THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE

* AMERICAN EXPRESS / DISCOVER - 4% OF THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE.

If you cancel the order after we shipped the merchandise then you will be charged for the shipping costs to and from your location.
